The best part of this smoothie is that it is plant based and vegan, and you can always modify the recipe using your favourite fruits and veggies. Don’t be afraid to try new things,  be creative and have fun!

3 Smoothie Snack Recipes Vegan Gluten Free


1. The filling smoothie

  • ½  frozen banana
  • ½ cup of frozen berries
  • 1 cup of coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • ½ cup of water

 2. The sweet and fresh smoothie

  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 1 cup of plant based milk

3. The nutritious smoothie

  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 green apple
  • 150g of spinach
  • 1 cup of plant based milk
  • ½ cup of oats

Instructions to make these smoothies:

  1. Peel the fruit, cut it into pieces and let it freeze overnight.
  2. Grab the ingredients and put them in a blender or a food processor.
  3. Blend for 1 minute or in pulses of 2 seconds (food processor) to get a thick consistency.
  4. Use less or more water depending on the consistency you'd like, more water/milk for more runny, less water/milk for thickness.
