Well... this is a pretty vague question and could be answered in many ways. Maybe with a better question, we will get a better answer:
Let's say for example: What do I need to know about food to improve my diet?
Or: What do I need to know about food to have a balanced diet?
Or even better: What do I need to learn about food and what do I need to do to have a balanced diet?
I know that a "balanced" diet sounds kind of boring... for me too.
But... it shouldn't. And I will explain why.
In this context, balanced means that our body will have what it needs. No more. No less. It also means that we will have the energy to get through the day and perform at our best. Can you see yourself having a great day full of vitality? It doesn't sound that boring now, does it?
