Why is Gratitude important?

Gratitude is related to greater happiness. The action of concentrating on the positive things every day and being grateful for what you have makes a positive impact on your life.

Morning Gratitude Ritual?
There are plenty of ways to express gratitude, today we will talk about one, the Morning Gratitude Ritual. It is taking 10 minutes of your morning to sit down, and write down three (or more if you have more) things you are grateful for. We recommend having a journal where you keep all these ideas and affirmations together.

There are a few apps that work the same way, but pen and paper have great power. When you actually write down something it has a different cognitive effect on your brain than on your phone and is more likely that you remember it. Also, you are in front of screens all day, take this moment of the morning as a break and time for your mind to relax, invest in yourself and your happiness.
