2020 wasn’t what we expected, but taught us that the time is now for making a change and achieving what you want. We want to share with you 5 powerful habits you can introduce to your routine that will change your life in different ways. 

5 habits to start your day - Morning routine

  1. Start by drinking lemon water: drink a glass of lemon water every day right after you wake up, which helps to activate your immune and digestive system.

  2. Gratitude and intention: write down three (or more) things you are grateful for today, and set an intention or goal for the day.   3. Activate your body: go for a 10-minute walk, or practice anything that activates your body. This will give you more energy, and focus for the day.

  4. Meditate: save 5 to 10 minutes of your morning for silence, meditations are a great way to connect with your inner self and to listen to how you are feeling. The daily practice of meditation will bring you more focus, better memory and you’ll feel better as well.

  5. Learn: Give you 10 to 15 minutes to learn something, you could read a book, the paper, watch an online course, among others. The important thing is to give nourishment to your mind.
