Shipping and Delivery

Our aim is to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. In this section, you'll find information on cost, estimated time of delivery, and more. 


Shipping is free for orders over AU$75 being posted to an Australian address and is free for orders over AU$100 posted to New Zealand (excluding wholesale). 

For purchases less than AU$75 within Australia, shipping is charged at a flat rate of AU$8.95. All orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle

For purchases less than AU$100 to New Zealand, shipping is charged at a flat rate of AU$11.20. All orders are shipped via New Zealand Post or Sendle.

For USA, Canada and England, shipping is free for order over AU$150. For purchases less than AU$150, shipping is charged depending on the weight of the items: 

 Standard Shipping - Small Parcel      0kg–0.5kg  A$15.00
  Standard Shipping - Medium Parcel   0.55kg–1kg   A$25.00
 Standard Shipping - Large Parcel 1.1kg–2kg  A$35.00

POTENTIAL ISSUES:  In GiveMeCocos, we know that sometimes problems appear and in these cases, we do everything to solve them as quickly as possible. 

What to do if the shipping company has lost my package?

If you consider your box has been lost, the first step is to contact the shipping company requesting an investigation. Even though we are not reponsible for any lost parcels, we would do everything required to ensure you receive your coconut bowls. So please, after having the feedback from the shipping company, complete this form and we will get back to you soon. Please bear in mind that, shipping carriers typically request up to 21 days to find lost parcels 

What to do if I haven't received my coconut bowls?

In GiveMeCocos, we want you to have your coconut bowls as quick as possible. For this reason we aim to delivery every purchase within 24 hours. However, sometimes there are delays which are not under our control. Thus, we kindly ask you to wait 5 days. After this time if you still have not received your box, then please complete this form.

What if the shipping carrier say they have returned the package to us?

In this case, we can give you two options: We can ship it again or we can refund you the order (not the shipping cost). In case you want a re-shipping, please complete this form and we will sent to you the invoice of the re-shipping cost.

International taxes and customer charges:

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. GiveMeCocos is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package and will not be entitled to a refund.
