Please consider that every coconut is different since it comes from a real coconut shell. This means that each coconut bowl is unique! :)

All of our products are checked before packing.  If you find a mistake, then contact us here and we will ask you to send us a photograph and we will also advise you details on how to return the box and contents.

For refunds/exchange, the product must be in perfect condition (as received). Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges except for faulty items or products damaged in transit. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable. Customer must provide us the tracking number of the shipping.
